BG Matar is a group of architects, engineers and surveyors working in 3 fields: Architectural Studies, Real Estate Consultancy & Valuation, and Building Renovation & Construction. Its offices are located in Beirut (Lebanon). The Company was established in 1982 by Bassam Matar following an extensive experience in complex building techniques in the gulf region. Since then he developed the company into a full service design and construction management office specialized in turnkey projects. In 2000, Georges B.Matar joined the group; he has a DESS in Architecture from ALBA Universtity, a Masters in Real Estate Finance from Ecole des Travaux Publics –France and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. As an associate he has a main involvement in Architectural design and Real Estate Portfolio Management.
